Brownies 100th Birthday

On Saturday 5th April 2014 2 units from Huntingdon District joined with Brownies from around the county to enjoy a special day to celebrate Brownies turning 100.
During the day girls were treated to a special stargazing experience in a Planetarium along with various activity's based from the past, present and future. The highlight of the day has to be when members from 1st Hartford Brownies got to chat with Girlguiding's Chief Guide Gill Slocombe who awarded them a special Brownie badge.
Two Brownies from Hartford Brownies also got their photo taken with Gill Slocombe for the local newspaper.
